Lito Gonzales Jr.
Mr. Gonzalez is the 3rd generation son of Jose Manual Gonzalez Mendoza. His father and grandfather are considered one of the founders of modern Cabo, having owned and developed large portions of the southern peninsula and the corridor over the last 70 years. His father is retiring from developing to operate their marina in La Paz, and travel the world. Lito Jr. has left the world of politics to develop land and raise his four children after holding various posts in the government. His connections are deep and generational and present a significant advantage to our company as it relates to putting through development plans, water, and power. Lito Jr was the lead driver in the Querencia development next door to our planned operations. Lito is highly sought after for his experience in executing the permitting and planning process. The families first note worthy project was The One and Only Palmilla, the latest is Querencia which was sold to the current operators after design was approved and commenced.
John Ovrom
Mr. Ovrom is the founder and President of Exit Consulting Group, Inc. Before opening his first company, John began his career as a financial auditor and tax senior with Arthur Andersen and Company in the bay area. As a serial entrepreneur, John has personally opened and operated over ten different companies all ranging from S-Corp to C-Corp to LLC forms. His multi-million dollar corporations have included construction, real estate, internet, service and manufacturing and have employed in excess of 100 employees over the years. His clients include small to mid-size privately held companies (revenues of $5-$50M) working in all facets of CFO/COO/CEO roles. His experience includes start-ups, turnarounds, business strategy, real estate development, construction, business analytics, strategic planning, capital raise, financial modeling and due diligence reviews. He has held numerous Board of Director/Advisor positions and is the current Chairmen of the Board on one company.
Stephen R. Klugherz
Stephen Klugherz is an entrepreneur from San Diego. He has founded and developed distribution, manufacturing and restaurant operations both locally and globally. He is currently an equity executive for The Blastrac Global Group, the world’s leader in Surface preparation and concrete polishing and where he holds the title of President for the Diamatic a Division, the manufacturing concrete polishing equipment. His group also oversees the installation of millions of square feet of retail concrete floors in North America. With revenues approaching $100M, Mr. Klugherz' operational and international experience is extensive. He has been buying and selling land in Baja successfully for more than 20 years. He graduated from San Diego State University from where he studied finance, business, and secondary education. He is an inductee of the Aztec Athletic Hall of Fame for his participation in 1987 Men’s Rugby National Championship.
